14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. To exercise this right, send us a clear withdrawal statement before the deadline to our email address aqsaatelierco@gmail.com.
You may use the form below, but this is not required.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days to our address.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Please obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
We cover return costs only when the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
We will refund the purchase price. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of express or another more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we receive the returned goods; or
- you provide evidence that you have sent them back,
- whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method within the legally required period. Processing times imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect an item only as you would in a physical shop.
You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please return all components and accessories. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible, but its absence alone does not remove your statutory withdrawal right.
Excluded Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including individually produced name or initial jewellery; and
- sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.
Selecting a standard colour, finish or size does not by itself make an item personalised.
No Direct Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different standard size, colour or design, return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact aqsaatelierco@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photographs.
Your statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
